Shipping

Not all works can be shipped. Ceramics are fragile and are easily damaged. Please contact me to discuss shipping on any larger or especially fragile works.

If shipping is available for a work then it be an option at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.

All orders are shipped with Australian Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package within Australia for works up to 5kg.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or other shipping-related issues.

Any works that are to be shipped are carefully wrapped and packed. This does not mean they are indestructible. You are responsible for any damage or losses in shipping. My preference is that all works are collected but I understand that for interstate or international clients this is not an option. All works shipped are covered by Australia Post standard loss or damage insurance.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to resend the package.

If we have shipped the wrong work then we will happily accept a return.
